I coach many high achieving women, and I’ve noticed a common problem cropping up: TIME.
Whether it’s day-to-day time management, strategic planning for time efficiency, or our relationship with time, time can be a real four-letter word!
And I can relate to so many of my clients’ struggles around time, because I’ve come up against them myself.
At the end of 2019, I was working 80-hour weeks and only just making ends meet. In addition to my coaching business, I was working a second job, which was quite physically and emotionally demanding.
I decided things needed to change and started making some big changes:
I changed my mindset and took the leap to hire my own coach.
I analyzed how I spent my time, day-to-day and was able to see which activities were giving me the best return on my investment of my precious hours.
I invested in creating effective systems, automating many of them, and hiring a VA to help me with those that were not in my zone of genius.
With these changes in place, I reduced my work week from 80 to 35 hours — while earning MORE money! I am on track to reduce my official workweek to only 15 hours — leaving me with an abundance of time and space to scale and expand my coaching business and reach my income goal of six figures in annual revenue.
As I upleveled my own business management and systems, I realized that many of my life coaching clients needed support to create an abundance of time in their own businesses.
