Freedom Experience has been designed for coaches and creative service providers who would like to grow and scale their businesses with ease and flow. It is particularly suited to business owners who consider themselves creative, passionate, and march to the beat of their own drum.
We’ll meet weekly for 60 minute coaching sessions. You’ll also have any-time access to me in a private Signal channel, where I’ll reply to your questions or requests for comment within 48 hours.
In the coaching sessions, we’ll go through the Freedom Experience program, focusing on identifying and releasing mindset blocks and creating new powerful mindsets for your CEO journey.
We also get practical! Included in the Freedom Experience program are the Schedule Spaciousness Audit and the Email Spaciousness Audit. In each of these audits, I’ll guide you through a series of questions and we’ll take a look at your current schedule and email management systems. In a totally non-judgemental way, we’ll amplify what’s working for you and clean out what’s not.
The result will be an Ideal Schedule that fits your energy and your vibe and a system for managing your email (and all incoming communication) in a way that eliminates time-drains and that flows easily.
Finally, we’ll set you up for long-term success by assessing and then streamlining your current systems and strategies. Hi, I’m Francesca!
I coach many high achieving women, and I’ve noticed a common problem cropping up: TIME.
Whether it’s day-to-day time management, strategic planning for time efficiency, or our relationship with time, time can be a real four-letter word!
And I can relate to so many of my clients’ struggles around time, because I’ve come up against them myself.
At the end of 2019, I was working 80-hour weeks and only just making ends meet. In addition to my coaching business, I was working a second job, which was quite physically and emotionally demanding.
I decided things needed to change and started making some big changes:
I changed my mindset and took the leap to hire my own coach.
I analysed how I spent my time, day-to-day and was able to see which activities were giving me the best return on my investment of my precious hours.
I invested in creating effective systems, automating many of them, and hiring a VA to help me with those that were not in my zone of genius.
With these changes in place, I reduced my workweek from 80 to 35 hours — while earning MORE money! I am on track to reduce my official workweek to only 15 hours — leaving me with an abundance of time and space to scale and expand my coaching business and reach my income goal of six figures in annual revenue.
As I upleveled my own business management and systems, I realized that many of my life coaching clients needed support to do the same thing in their businesses. That’s when I started offering my clients what is now my Schedule Spaciousness Audit and my Email Spaciousness Audit. I also started helping them to set up systems that would support all of the CEO mindset work we had been doing in life coaching.
