My client was losing precious hours because her onboarding workflow was almost 100% manual. She was needed in so many steps of the process meaning it was hard for her to go on vacation without worrying what would happen to her business while she was gone!

My client went from nearly a dozen tasks she had to be a part of to JUST SHOWING UP ON THE CALL! In addition, she saved hundreds of dollars because her systems were doing the work for her and her team!

 

Making decisions can prove challenging when you don’t have a system especially when emotions are involved! I created this for a client who wanted to declutter her Facebook groups so she could spend her time marketing inside of getting constantly distracted.

Why I’m the Perfect Fit

Hey, Audra!  It’s so lovely to meet you.  I’m Francesca Woltanski and this is why I’m a perfect fit for your Ops Assistant: I’ve been creating systems for myself since I was at least in high school.  I can confidently walk into any system and learn how to master it.  I enjoy corresponding with clients.  It makes me so happy when a client is able to feel completely taken care of!  The fact that I’m both analytical and a people person makes me the perfect fit for this position.

I’m very excited the level of intentionality I’ve seen from our brief interactions.   I can tell that you focus on the nitty-gritty details while also looking at the overall picture of how each interaction contributes to a larger experience.  Working within a team where I can contribute to other entrepreneurs and coaches designing their time is so thrilling to me!  I have experience with Project Management, and offering 1x1 support to teams to ensure that each team member feels confident and empowered in their role and deadlines are kept.  And the thought of getting in and working with SOPs makes me totally geek out.  It sounds so much fun!

I’m a Systems Oriented Person

From as long as I can remember, I have been creating systems for myself and my family to make life easier. In high school (to my mom’s chagrin), I created a binder that showed my family exactly how to keep the kitchen clean, organize the fridge, and do the laundry. I had exact to-dos, descriptions, and even before and after pictures! Looking back, I can now see totally pointed to what I’m doing now! I can walk into any system and find my way around. Efficiency is something I am always seeking because I believe it creates better experiences for everyone when things are streamlined, communication is at its best, so many precious hours are saved!

I Love Connecting with People Online

One of my favorite ways to market in my business is through interacting with people online via membership groups and DMs. I think it’s a perfect way to build relationships. While some people find interacting online terrifying, I find it so much fun! I love making recommendations and referrals to connect people to the help they need. I value clear, honest, and heartfelt communication, and I’m not afraid to set boundaries when needed. This makes me perfect for client management because people instantly feel my warmth, know I’m there for them when they need me, and also still respect the boundaries I so dearly work to protect.

Detail Oriented + Reliable

While my intuition makes me incredible with interacting online as a coach, my attention to detail shows up the strongest in my work as an online business manager. This is where I can solve tangible problems for people like “not having enough time” by streamlining their processes with simple systems. It’s my favorite! This makes me uniquely qualified for this role. In addition, it makes me the perfect project manager. I’m able to both communicate deadlines to the team and independent contractors as well as manage the systems to steamline processes!
